Room was clean, spacious, and modern. Price was fair. Breakfast was a bagel. Elevator didn’t work the morning I checked out. I had a lovely night in Houston at this hotel, and the area was safe. Be warned: housekeeping only comes every over day instead of everyday. It was fine because I was staying only one night, but that would get annoying for a longer stay.
Newly renovated therefore neat and clean. Breakfast not as good as other similar hotels therefore 4/5 stars. No eggs, waffles, oatmeal, fruits or any hot stuff. Breakfast menu had bagels, small muffins wrapped in plastic, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, tea etc. There is a Mexican place nextdoor where we went to get eggs made for breakfast. Free parking, felt safe.
Nov 10-11, very pleasantly surprised. Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Very quiet place. Very comfortable place. The room was clean and smelled good. Only con was the breakfast, I would call it a snack. Some bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee. Not much to get. We left and went to Waffle House. But I would totally stay here again.
The hotel is located in a business-centric area so you will need to drive a bit to increase dining options. However, there is a nice burrito spot in walking distance. The property gives newish. It reminds me of Extended Stay America before it went downhill. No complaints.

I usually stay at Marriotts for business purposes. It was my first time staying at this Hilton in a while. The breakfast was very clean and organized. The food was very presentable and had a good variety.
For the price, you can't ask for more. Definitely a wonderful place, cozy, and easy to get around to. I came with my family and we stayed for five nights. The breakfast is not the best, but that's not the most important to us.
Nice hotel, nice rooms, and nice front desk staff. The only complaint I would have is their definition of breakfast. I'm a frequent traveler so I stay in hotel all around the world the fall on both ends of the luxury scale and this place had the most disappointing breakfast I had ever seen. It looked like it was designed by and made for children.
